Asia-Pacific Communications Summit

Discounted prices

Members of the the Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors (APACD) and individuals applying for APACD membership at the time of the registration receive a discount on the registration fee. The participant’s individual membership will be verified with the APACD. All discounted prices are valid only if the amount invoiced is received within the time stated on the invoice.

Filming and photography

Please be aware that some of the sessions and events during the summit will be filmed and photographed. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed should warn the organisation in advance. Films and photographs will be available at www.communication-summit.eu, and a link will be sent to all participants. Participants can request the removal of a picture or video segment in which they are portrayed at any given time.

Cancellation

If a previous booking is cancelled and no replacement participant can be found, the following cancellation charges will be incurred:

* Cancellation until October 4th, 2017: 100USD + VAT service fee
* Cancellation after October 4th, 2017: 100% of total price

Cancellations have to be made in a written form.

Cancellation and programme changes

The hosts reserve the right to cancel or to reschedule the location or time, or to arrange a substitute speaker, if this is absolutely necessary due to an unforeseen problem with the speaker, or other unforeseen reasons which are out of the control of the the organisers. In these cases, the hosts are not required to compensate travel or accommodation costs, loss of working time, or other damages, and in other cases only when there is gross negligence. If relocation is not reasonably possible for the participant, then (s)he is entitled to cancel the booking immediately and free of charge.

Asia-Pacific Communications Awards

General terms and conditions for events, organised by Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH.

1. PRICES

The prices are understood plus VAT. Applications to the Asia-Pacfic Communications Awards must be purchased. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of the completed application documents. Sent applications cannot be cancelled.

Application fee:

Our wide range of categories explore the diversity
of the contemporary communications functions. Until 11.59 p.m. CEST on 1 September 2017, the first application is 240 USD, and each additional application submitted is 190 USD.

Between 2 September (00:01 a.m. CET) and 9 September (11.59 p.m. CEST), which is the late deadline registration period, applications come with an extra charge of 50 USD each.

You may pay by credit card or invoice. All prices come with VAT.

Please note: Tickets to the gala, where the winners are announced, must be purchased separately.


Term of credit:
Unless otherwise agreed, the time allowed for payment after invoicing is always 14 days.

 

2. CANCELLATION

Sent applications cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to deny any application if the information provided is incomplete or false.

Tickets for the gala can be cancelled as follows: if a previous booking is cancelled and no replacement participant can be found, the following cancellation charges will be incurred:

  • Cancellation takes place 14 days or more before the event: no charge
  • Cancellation takes place between 7 days and 14 days before the event: 50% of total price
  • Cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the event: 100% of total price
  • Please note that cancellations should be in written form

Films and photographs will be available at www.excellence-awards.com.  Participants can request the removal of a picture or video segment in which they are portrayed at any given time. Please note that those pictures will be published in Quadriga Media’s brochures and on their websites.

5. INFORMATION MATERIAL

The participant accepts that his/her contact data will be used by Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH and its media partner Communication Director to recieve information material (e.g. newsletter, brochures). The data will not be forwarded to third parties.
